Steam players who joined Aion 2's Launch Scale Test need to uninstall the Playtest app and download the full game separately. NCSOFT says PURPLE players do not need to take those extra installation steps.
The post-test announcement separates Steam installation steps from PURPLE.
Before Advanced Access
Advanced Access runs from September 30 through October 4, followed by the general launch on October 5. Use the Aion 2 store page, rather than the Playtest entry, when preparing the Steam installation.
Test characters do not provide a head start: the test's progression was erased after its second day and does not transfer to Advanced Access or launch.
