The armory opens any Global character by region and name. Pick the region the character plays in (North America West, North America East, Europe, South America or Asia), optionally narrow it to one server, and type the name. Every server in the region is searched at once, so two characters with the same name on different servers both appear, each with level, server and faction.
Equipment and enhancement
The equipment panel lists every equipped piece with its enhancement level on the icon (+12, +10) and its grade in the game's own grade colour. A piece that is also in the item database links to its page, where its stats at each enhancement level are listed. Arcana, wings, the pet and the appearance pieces worn over the equipment have their own rows; an appearance piece changes the look only, so read the equipment rows for what the character actually wears.
Attributes and gods
Each attribute and god point adds 0.1% to the effects listed under it. Might 25 gives Attack +2.5%; Dexterity 21 gives Evasion, Block and Critical Hit Resist +2.1% each. The ten gods each carry two effects:

So a character with Time 49 has Combat Speed +4.9% from that god alone. Comparing two characters of the same class here shows which effects one of them chose to stack.
Skills and Stigmas
Skills are grouped the way the skill window groups them: Active, Passive and Stigma. Each shows its level; a skill the character has not learned is dimmed. Equipped Stigmas are outlined, so you can see which of the class's Stigmas a player actually runs and at what level, the part of a build the gear does not show.
Daevanion and titles
Each Daevanion board shows the nodes opened out of its total. A 
Gladiator has five boards: three of 88 nodes, one of 116 and one of 152. Titles are counted across the three categories the game uses, 297 in all: Attack 103, Defense 95 and Other 99.
Following a character over time
The armory keeps every character you open in this browser. Opening one again records its combat power and item level when they changed, and the page shows them beside your first lookup, so you can follow a friend's or your own progress across days.
